Acceptance of Orders
All jewellery displayed is subject to availability. We are not bound to accept any orders. If we are unable to execute the order, either in part or as a whole, we may cancel or reduce or suspend delivery. Clients will be notified via email or telephonically by a PLEASURES JEWELLERY representative.
Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate at the time of being uploaded. However, with natural gemstones, there may be slight colour variations or inclusions. This is part of the allure of semi-precious stones.
All prices quoted are nett cost. The price charged will be the quoted price at the time of ordering the goods. While every effort is made to not alter prices, it may change without prior notice.
Delivery will only be made to the designated address supplied on the order form. Non-delivery, where nobody is at the given address, does not qualify for a cancellation of the order. Orders will be dispatched within 2 days. All deliveries take 3-7 working days. Free deliveries apply to orders of R1200 and above. All other deliveries will be charged R110.00(Hundred & Ten Rands) for local and national addresses. We use The Courier Guy as our door-to-door couriers. We may use the Post Office or Courier Guy kiosks for rural/inaccessible areas.
Acceptance of Goods:
Please check goods for any damages and that your order is in accordance with our delivery note. Your signature is regarded as proof of delivery. By signing the delivery note, you accept that the goods are undamaged and correct.
Returns and Refunds:
At PLEASURES JEWELLERY, we care about client satisfaction. We, therefore, offer a 5-day return policy in the event of a manufacturing fault. In such an event, the client will undertake to send a photograph of the damaged goods and mail it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear description of the fault. No refunds will be offered if any repair work had been undertaken or if the jewellery has been resized.
If PLEASURES JEWELLERY had been notified in writing of the reasons for the return, and we have advised the client to return the damaged goods, then a refund will be awarded which includes only the return postage fee. Should the product be faulty, PLEASURES JEWELLERY may at their discretion, either replace or refund the item. All refunds will be made via EFT and may take up to 10 working days after receiving the returned goods. The refund amount will be less the bank charges for EFT.
Payments may be made via instant EFT, or via PayFast. In the case of EFT, proof of payment must be emailed with your order number and full name as reference. Please note that EFT payments are subject to 3 working days’ clearance. The client undertakes that s/he is the authorised/legal owner of the debit/credit card and that s/he is of legal age. All debit/credit card users are subject to a validation check. We may therefore share your personal information with a third party in order to execute these checks. If the issuer does not authorise payment, then PLEASURES JEWELLERY will not be held liable for any delays in despatch and delivery of goods. All payments will be cleared before dispatch.
